We offer free UPS Ground Shipping on every order within the continental United States. Please contact us prior to purchasing online if you are outside the US.
Need it faster, we can upgrade you to UPS Next Day Air for an extra fee.
All orders over $5000 receive an automatic free upgrade to Next Day Air.
Saturday delivery available for an extra fee.
Signature required on all orders over $1000.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
All stock orders will ship out within 48 hours unless sizing is requested. Occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Please read details in regards to custom or semi custom orders. Typically custom orders will ship out 4-6 weeks from order date.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund or credit within 14 days from ship date. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your returns.
We are extending purchases made between Dec 1-31, 2022 to returned by Feb 1, 2023
We welcome all returns in store. Please call or email to schedule a time and date for your return.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We will not accepts Items that are damaged, worn or sized.
Sized rings are FINAL SALE.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the items you are sending back to us.
For credit card purchases, please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, American Express, MasterCard, and DiscoverCertified for online orders.
For in-store orders the following payment methods are accepted as well.

Lifetime Free Servicing
All J. Sampieri items receive lifetime servicing free of charge, please take advantage of the program it will online extend the life of your hand crafted piece. To preserve our lifetime servicing, only J. Sampieri Inc. can resize, modify, repair, or work on your item. Please contact us to arrange any repairs at: 212 941 6162 or info@jsampieri.com.
“Servicing” covers unlimited cleaning, stone tightening, sizing, once annual refinishing and platting. It does not cover damage, lost stones, broken stones, and all other general repair work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell E-gift certificates?
Yes, J. Sampieri E-gift certificates are available for purchase directly online under “Shop Online” tab and can be emailed directly to the intended recipient if requested.
Do you offer financing?
Yes we do offer a 12 month interest free loan program through Synchrony bank. Please contact us for further details at 1 212 941 6162 or by email at info@jsampieri.com.
What type of diamonds do you sell?
We only sell natural untreated Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certified and registered center stones for all our custom engagement rings. GIA sets the standards internationaly and are the most highly valued in the industry.
How often should I have my jewelry serviced?
Every piece created by J. Sampieri has free lifetime servicing. Please take advantage and come in as often as you would like! We can clean and inspect your jewelry as often as you please. We recommend at least one servicing a year at minimum on rings, twice is preferable. Eternity bands should be evaluated and service at minimum twice a year if not more often if possible.
Does J. Sampieri perform repairs?
Yes, for any repair inquiries, please contact us at 1 212 941 6162, submit a repair consultation through our appointment page or by email at info@jsampieri.com. Repair cost quotes will be determined after a full physical inspection and evaluation of the piece is performed.
Does J. Sampieri offer gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrapping is complimentary upon request.
Does J. Sampieri offer engraving on wedding bands?
Yes, engraving is complimentary on all wedding bands purchases, limitations on engraving may apply.
Can J. Sampieri size a ring after purchase?
Yes we can size up or down up to 1.5 sizes. Sizing takes 1-3 business days in addition to shipping time if applicable.
What if an online item is out of stock?
Items not on hand at time of order will ship approximately 4-6 weeks after the receipt of your order. You will receive confirmation of shipment when the order is sent. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact us to see how quickly we can accommodate you.
